We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal and personal checks. We do not accept COD orders at this time. Open account orders available for Healthcare Providers, Practices and Schools. Contact us for details.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is only applicable to orders being shipped to within New York State.
Shipping and Handling
The shipping and handling charges are for a Standard (3-5 business day) delivery. Most orders are processed within one business day. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 days depending on location and season (allow slightly more time during the winter holidays). All available shipping options for your order will be presented as you check out. We only ship to the continental 48 United States except for international shipments as outlined below.
International Shipments
We ship directly to most countries for orders of $1000 or more. Please contact us by phone or email with your needs and we will provide a detailed quote. Shipping charges are based on destination and size of shipment.
Order Changes
To make changes to an order that has been submitted on our site, please call Customer Service Assistance at 1-800-258-8817. If your order has already shipped and if you would like to order additional items, please place a new order for the additional items on our site.
If you would like to cancel or exchange items, please follow our Return Policy. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
